SWAN Global is seeking a qualified and dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Al Rayyan, Qatar. This long-term position emphasizes safety management within road and infrastructure projects, requiring a professional with hands-on experience and recognized health and safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site. They will conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations specific to the GCC infrastructure sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience working in HSE roles within roads or infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
• Possession of a diploma or degree certificate related to the field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) accredited qualification.
• Additional certification such as IOSH or OSHA is mandatory.

Work Environment and Contract

This role is based in Al Rayyan, Qatar, with a focus on long-term engagement. Candidates will operate within an infrastructure project setting, collaborating closely with project teams to foster a safe and compliant work environment.
