Manforce Resources is currently seeking skilled Steel Structural Fabricators to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in steel structure fabrication, particularly those familiar with the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves interpreting fabrication and structural drawings to accurately measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble various steel components. You will be fabricating structural members such as columns, beams, channels, platforms, ladders, and handrails. Operating cutting, grinding, and drilling machinery with precision and safety is a critical part of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Steel Structural Fabricator, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
• Proficient in reading and understanding fabrication and structural blueprints.
• Skilled in handling tools and equipment for cutting, grinding, and drilling steel components.
• Ability to accurately measure, mark, and assemble structural steel elements.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and safe work practices.
