Job Overview

We are seeking qualified SHES Supervisors to join a reputable company in Qatar on a permanent basis. The role involves ensuring strict compliance with Qatar Energy CORP-HSE standards and site-specific health, safety, and environmental plans within greenfield oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

The SHES Supervisors will be responsible for conducting regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain safety standards. They will lead toolbox talks, safety instructions, and training sessions to foster a safe working environment. Investigating incidents, determining root causes, and driving corrective actions are essential duties. Additionally, they will compile and report HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically within oil and gas greenfield projects.
• Proven ability to implement Qatar Energy CORP-HSE standards and project-specific HSE plans effectively.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification is required.
• Strong expertise in permit to work systems, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Fluency in English is required; holding a valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
