Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Safety Officers to join a telecom project based in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals looking for short-term assignments with potential for extension. The project spans three months and requires immediate availability for mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Officer on this telecom project, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed across the assigned sites. Your role will involve monitoring daily operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety measures to prevent workplace accidents. Collaborating with the project team to maintain a safe working environment is critical to your success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of three years’ experience working as a Safety Officer in telecom projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to telecommunications construction sites.
• Ability to work 10 hours per day, six days a week, adhering to project timelines and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness skills for effective safety management.

Requirements

• Applicants must be freelancers holding a valid QID (Qatar ID).
• Immediate joining capability is mandatory due to urgent project needs.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible for this role.

Project Details and Benefits

The project locations include Wadi Al Sail, Abu Hamour, and Al Waab areas. The contract is initially set for three months with the possibility of extension depending on project demands. The working schedule consists of 10 hours daily across six working days each week. The offered salary is QAR 5000, which covers the full compensation package.
