Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Safety Officers to join a long-term Ashghal project located in Education City, Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining high Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within roads and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety regulations on-site, conducting regular risk assessments, monitoring compliance with HSE policies, and promoting a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of practical experience in roads or infrastructure-related projects, preferably within the GCC region.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is compulsory.
- IOSH certification is required.
- Valid certificate proving a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE standards and best safety practices on construction sites.
Location
This role is based in Qatar, specifically at the Education City site.
