We are seeking a skilled Rigging Supervisor to join our team in Ras Laffan, Qatar, for a long-term position. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supervising lifting operations and ensuring safety compliance in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities

The Rigging Supervisor will oversee all rigging activities on site, ensuring that procedures comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Key duties include planning and coordinating lifting operations, leading rigging teams, conducting safety checks, and monitoring equipment condition to prevent incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in rigging supervision within oil and gas projects
• Strong understanding of lifting techniques, rigging equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary of 6,500 QAR plus FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transport) benefits, or a full package salary of 9,500 QAR. This competitive remuneration reflects the importance of this position in maintaining operational safety and efficiency.
