Job Overview

Eram Engineering Company in Qatar is urgently seeking 20 qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers to join their team for a major project in Ras Laffan. This role offers a demanding but rewarding opportunity to contribute to workplace safety on a six-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officers will be responsible for enforcing health and safety policies on site, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Duties include monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), carrying out regular inspections, identifying risks, and promoting a safe working environment consistent with NEBOSH guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HSE role
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to enforce PPE compliance strictly
• Effective communication and observation skills

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position involves working 10 hours per day, six days a week. The offered salary is QAR 4,000 per month. This assignment is based at the Ras Laffan project site and is initially set for a duration of six months, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
