Job Overview

We are currently seeking 50 qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers to join a long-term oil and gas project based in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role offers a chance to work in a challenging and dynamic environment within the GCC region. Candidates with a minimum of five years’ experience in oil and gas HSE roles within Qatar or other GCC countries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed HSE Officers will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards across the project site. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, implementing HSE policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among workers, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations. Officers will also be tasked with identifying potential hazards, reporting incidents, and facilitating training sessions to improve workplace safety.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry within Qatar or GCC.
• Strong understanding of HSE protocols, government regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with site personnel and management.
• Competency in hazard identification and risk assessment techniques.

Additional Information

This position prefers candidates who can join immediately and are available to work under a freelance visa arrangement. The location for this role is at Mesaieed, a prominent industrial area in Qatar known for its oil and gas operations.
