Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards at project and site levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk assessment and the implementation of HSE procedures to create a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. You will conduct thorough risk assessments, manage permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and lead site safety inspections. Supporting the team through clear communication and enforcing safe work practices are essential parts of your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an HSE Officer.
• Mandatory NEBOSH certification validating your safety expertise.
• Possession of MIC ePTW / PTW certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of PTW procedures, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and general HSE policies.
• Excellent communication skills combined with effective site safety management abilities.
