Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HSE Officer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector for a short-term assignment located in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This role involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site for a duration of 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety measures at the site. Duties include conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards, verifying that all Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols are adhered to. Additionally, the role involves delivering toolbox talks and safety inductions to personnel, as well as reporting and investigating any incidents thoroughly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in health, safety, and environmental roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Valid Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) gate pass is preferred.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification will be considered an advantage.
