We are seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices for a hotel construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing safety protocols within the construction sector, preferably with a background in hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety management systems tailored to the construction environment. Critical duties include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, leading safety training sessions, and coordinating incident investigations to mitigate hazards efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of practical experience in construction, with a proven track record as an HSE Manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing health and safety on hospitality or hotel-related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a similar field.
• Valid certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are mandatory.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
