Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for a project located near Medina, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have solid experience in their respective roles to contribute effectively to workplace safety and permit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage and oversee work permit issuance and control as a Work Permit Receiver, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or Work Permit Receiver in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s occupational safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate safety requirements and train workers on HSE best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent observational and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers competitive hourly rates: SAR 23 per hour for HSE Officers and SAR 25 per hour for Work Permit Receivers. Accommodation and transportation will be provided to successful candidates. Please note that food expenses will be deducted from the salary.
