Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in site safety operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) standards and knowledgeable about essential site requirements including permit control, risk assessments, and lifting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols on site, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, and managing permit-to-work systems. Duties include conducting thorough risk assessments, supervising lifting operations, and coordinating safety measures to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in HSE roles related to site work
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of site-specific safety requirements such as permits and lifting procedures
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations

Additional Qualifications

Candidates interested in HSE Manager positions should have at least 10 years of relevant experience along with certifications such as OTHM Level 6 or 7, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Prior approval from regulatory bodies like RC, SEC, MODON, and SABIC is required.
