We are urgently seeking skilled and experienced kitchen professionals to join our dynamic restaurant team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. We have multiple openings including Head Chef, Roti Maker, and Line Cook positions to support our fast-paced food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head Chef, you will take the lead in managing kitchen operations while ensuring high standards in food preparation and hygiene. Your role involves crafting and overseeing the production of a variety of fast food dishes including pizzas, burgers, pastas, and Chinese cuisine. Additionally, you will handle recipe development, cost control, and team supervision to maintain smooth kitchen workflow and excellent food quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast food or multi-cuisine kitchen environment
• Strong expertise in preparing fast food items such as pizza, burgers, pasta, and Chinese dishes
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and coordinate with other departments effectively
• Experience in recipe development as well as food costing and quality control
