Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Kuwait, specializing in catering services. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000. This position focuses on maintaining hygiene regulations, food safety protocols, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety inspections across all catering operations to identify and address potential hazards.
• Monitor food storage and preparation areas to ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and educate staff members on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents or accidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Manage proper waste disposal methods to avoid contamination and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and related certifications, particularly HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Experience in conducting workplace safety inspections and enforcing compliance effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear training and guidance to catering staff.
• Ability to investigate incidents methodically and develop corrective action plans.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
