Job Overview

We are urgently seeking 50 qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers to join a leading organization within Kuwait’s oil and gas industry. This full-time, on-site position requires seasoned professionals dedicated to enforcing health and safety standards and fostering a secure workplace for all employees. Immediate joiners are highly preferred to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations at the worksite. Core duties include conducting regular safety inspections, implementing and maintaining effective EHS protocols, delivering safety training sessions, and promoting awareness of health and occupational safety practices across the team. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential safety risks, driving corrective actions to mitigate hazards, and safeguarding employee well-being throughout all operational activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience working as an HSE Officer within the oil and gas industry
• Mandatory possession of NEBOSH certification or an equivalent health and safety qualification
• Strong understanding of workplace safety legislation, environment health standards, and occupational health procedures
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance with protocols across teams
