We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer/Executive to join a reputable organization in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is open exclusively to Indian nationals with 5 to 15 years of professional experience in information technology.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Engineer/Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s IT environment. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
• Installing and configuring operating systems and software applications to meet business needs.
• Managing and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitoring system performance and conducting regular maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Overseeing ERP system management, including supporting various departments, configuring modules, and coordinating upgrades or customizations.
• Training employees in ERP usage and resolving related technical or functional issues.
• Implementing cybersecurity measures to safeguard data and systems from malware, viruses, and other cyber threats.
• Controlling user access and enforcing data confidentiality protocols.
• Leading data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Providing prompt technical support for hardware, software, email, and networking problems.
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers when necessary to resolve technical issues.
• Managing databases, software licenses, and integration of ERP with other business applications.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including IT asset records, process SOPs, and performance reports.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology is required. Candidates should have a solid IT background with practical experience in infrastructure management, ERP systems, and cybersecurity practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies are essential.
