Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Admin / HR Assistant based in Yanbu for a reputable company. This opportunity is exclusive to Indian nationals with a strong background in administration and human resources. The role demands a proactive and efficient individual who can manage a fast-paced work environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves a mix of administrative and HR duties, with approximately 70-80% focused on office administration and the remaining 20-30% on HR-related tasks. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, coordinate with vendors, and handle negotiation processes alongside planning and documentation requirements for HR and administrative functions.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an admin or HR role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a fast work pace.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with advanced skills preferred.
- Experience working in a Korean company is considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
