Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with SABIC approval to join our team at a company camp located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires proven expertise in managing safety protocols within SABIC projects and plants, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for enforcing safety standards, conducting regular site inspections, and facilitating compliance with SABIC’s specific health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will also assist in risk assessment activities, incident investigations, and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably within SABIC projects.
• A minimum of 5 years’ overall experience in HSE roles, emphasizing industrial or plant environments.
• Mandatory SABIC project and plant experience with official approvals.
• Relevant educational background complemented by recognized HSE certifications, including a compulsory NEBOSH qualification.
• Strong knowledge of local safety laws and regulations.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be ready for an immediate local transfer and hold a valid Iqama with at least three months remaining. This ensures a smooth onboarding process and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Job Details and Benefits

This position is based in Jubail and requires working 10 hours per day. The company offers a fixed monthly salary of SAR 3,500. In addition, food, accommodation, and transportation are provided as part of the employment package, ensuring a comfortable and supportive work environment.
