DHI Altaisir Establishment is urgently seeking skilled HSE Officers to join their offshore team based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This long-term opportunity requires professionals with extensive offshore experience to support health, safety, and environmental management in challenging maritime and offshore project environments.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officers will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols aligned with the scope of their contracts. This involves ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, monitoring offshore safety procedures, and liaising with project teams to maintain a secure working environment during dredging, installation, diving, subsea, and hook-up operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Senior HSE Officers: Minimum 7 years of offshore HSE experience relevant to the contract scope.
• HSE Officers: Minimum 5 years of offshore HSE experience.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH, NCSO, or MIIRSM are required.
• Valid offshore safety certifications including BOSIET and H2S.
• Current First Aid/Basic Life Support (FA/BLS) training certification.
• Experience in offshore dredging and installation projects including subsea and diving operations.
• Previous Aramco safety officer approval is a significant advantage.
