Job Overview

DHI Altaisir Establishment is urgently seeking qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals for offshore positions based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The opening includes three Senior HSE Officer roles and five HSE Officer roles for long-term assignments. Candidates with extensive offshore experience and relevant certifications will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with offshore health, safety, and environmental regulations. They will oversee safety protocols during offshore dredging, installation, subsea diving, and hook-up projects. Maintaining safe work environments and mitigating risks related to offshore operations are paramount duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Senior HSE Officers must have a minimum of 7 years offshore experience relevant to contract scope.
• HSE Officers require at least 5 years of offshore experience in similar projects.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• Professional safety memberships such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH, NCSO, or MIIRSM are preferred.
• Valid offshore safety certificates including BOSIET and H2S training are required.
• Certification in First Aid/Basic Life Support (FA/BLS) is essential.
• Previous approval as a Safety Officer by Aramco is highly desirable.

Work Environment

The positions are based offshore, supporting major industrial projects in the region. Candidates should be prepared for challenging conditions associated with dredging, subsea diving, and offshore installation operations.
