Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Welding QC Inspectors and Safety Officers for an immediate shutdown project at MAADEN in Ras Al Khair. This short-term assignment is expected to last for two months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring safety compliance throughout the shutdown period.

Key Responsibilities

For Welding QC Inspectors:

• Conduct thorough inspections on welding processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) checks and monitor welding procedures.
• Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or defects promptly.

For Safety Officers:

• Monitor and enforce safety policies and protocols during the shutdown activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments on-site.
• Promote a safety-first culture among all project personnel to prevent accidents and incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as Welding QC Inspector or Safety Officer, preferably within shutdown projects.
• Valid AJEER registration along with MUQEEM paper valid for at least three months is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and welding quality control procedures.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight project timelines.
