We are urgently seeking a skilled HSE Manager with extensive offshore project experience to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term opportunity based in the Eastern Province with immediate mobilization required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental protocols on offshore projects. This includes overseeing safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and ensuring all operations adhere to regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing HSE in offshore projects
• Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards in challenging environments
• Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and offshore safety practices
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and train teams effectively
• Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Province
