Abdullah Al-Nemshan Contracting Company (ANCC), a prominent name in Saudi Arabia’s construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join its team in Jubail Industrial Area. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for health and safety, especially those experienced in oil, gas, or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Core duties include performing regular site inspections, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing safety procedures across the project site. Leading safety training sessions and toolbox talks is essential to promote awareness among team members. Additionally, the role involves investigating workplace incidents and preparing comprehensive reports while coordinating with project teams to uphold safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Safety or related fields
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction or the oil and gas industry
• Possession of valid safety certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, or equivalent qualifications
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance with Saudi safety regulations
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage

This position is based in ANCC’s facility located at Street 128, Industrial Area No.3, Al Jubail.
