Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Safety Manager to join our team for long-term projects with Aramco in the Jubail and Al Hasa regions of Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest safety standards and compliance on-site, supporting operational activities while protecting personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Manager will oversee workplace safety programs, conduct regular risk assessments, and enforce health and safety regulations according to company policies and Saudi Arabian standards. Close collaboration with project teams to implement safety measures and provide training is expected.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a safety management role, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations, including Aramco safety standards
• Ability to conduct safety audits and incident investigations
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage safety teams and coordinate with multiple departments
• Willingness to relocate to Jubail or Al Hasa for the project duration

Benefits and Employment Details

This is a long-term position with a salary to be negotiated following a performance-based test period. The company will cover FAT expenses. Payment will be issued after submission of a valid timesheet covering a 45-day period. Candidates will be provided with the tools and support needed to perform effectively.
