Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to support critical operations across SAFCO, SABTANG, ARRAZI, and SASREF locations in Jubail. This role requires a dedicated professional with the necessary approval certifications to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout an 8-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments at assigned sites to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure proper documentation of health and safety records and prepare reports as needed.
• Lead incident investigations, provide recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site teams to promote a strong culture of safety awareness and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid HSE approval certificates specific to SAFCO, SABTANG, ARRAZI, and SASREF locations.
• Proven experience in enforcing health and safety standards within industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to evolving safety challenges.
