Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Safety Manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in leading safety management throughout the entire lifecycle of offshore engineering projects. This role demands a specialist well-versed in offshore safety protocols and capable of managing complex safety systems in high-risk environments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of offshore safety management, including risk control, emergency response, and compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating safety management systems, conducting regular site inspections, and supervising safety operations for vessels and offshore equipment to safeguard personnel and the environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least five years of full-time experience as an Offshore Safety Manager.
• Valid and verifiable offshore safety certificates, along with essential professional qualifications related to offshore safety.
• Thorough understanding of offshore construction safety, marine environmental risk prevention, and emergency rescue procedures.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety production laws, regulations, and project management standards.
• Excellent hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency handling abilities on offshore sites.
• Ability to independently implement and manage safety systems tailored for offshore projects.
• High professional integrity and a proven track record of responsible safety management with no major negligence.

Work Environment

The role requires adaptability to offshore site conditions and involves conducting patrols and inspections during ongoing operations. Candidates should be prepared to work in challenging marine environments and maintain a proactive approach to safety risk management.
