Job Overview

We are looking for qualified Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals to join our team on a rental or contract basis. These roles support critical offshore projects in Jubail and demand candidates with Aramco approval and a minimum of 18 months of offshore physical experience. The current openings include HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, and HSE Trainer positions. Please note, these roles are not permanent but offer valuable experience on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Officer:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and thorough incident investigations
• Maintain accurate records documenting safety performance and compliance activities
• Assist in organizing and delivering safety training and awareness initiatives for staff

HSE Supervisor:

• Oversee the activities of HSE Officers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Lead site audits, safety inspections, and conduct regular safety meetings with teams
• Guarantee effective implementation of safety procedures and address any gaps
• Work closely with project management teams to proactively resolve safety concerns

HSE Trainer:

• Design and facilitate comprehensive HSE training programs tailored for offshore personnel
• Promote awareness of safety policies and procedures to all employees
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and update course materials to reflect best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in the overall safety culture at project sites

Qualifications and Requirements

• Aramco approved HSE professional credentials are mandatory
• Minimum of one and a half years of hands-on offshore experience
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for clear documentation and safety communication
• Capability to perform effectively under demanding offshore working conditions
