We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join a prestigious long-term project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional with at least five years of HSE experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, capable of leading and managing all safety protocols to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures aligned with Saudi regulations and project requirements.
• Oversee daily safety operations to minimize risks and prevent workplace incidents.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
• Provide safety training and guidance to project staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with management and project teams to maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of five years’ HSE managerial experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and international industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and enforce compliance in a project environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
