Job Overview

We are actively seeking a qualified Safety Officer with Aramco approval to join our team for projects based in Abqaiq. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of solid experience in the oil and gas industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety protocols on site to ensure adherence to Aramco safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and enforce preventive measures.
• Coordinate with project teams to promote a culture of safety awareness across all levels.
• Prepare safety reports and document incidents, ensuring timely communication with management and regulatory bodies.
• Deliver safety training sessions, including emergency response and first aid procedures.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Valid Aramco approval with documented proof.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Certified in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Excellent understanding of oil and gas safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively enforce safety measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Safety Officer within oil and gas projects.
• Current valid Iqama and Muqeem residency permits.
• Academic qualifications backing safety expertise.
• Availability under the Ajeer system.
