Role Overview:
The Training Manager is responsible to oversee the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of all airport training programs. This includes curriculum development, instructor management, compliance with regulatory standards, and coordination with operational departments to meet evolving training needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.1. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, Education, or related field. Master’s preferred.
1.2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in airport operations or aviation training, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
1.3. In-depth knowledge of ICAO and GCAA regulations.
1.4. Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
