​We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor and maintain surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of people and property through real-time monitoring, recording review, and incident reporting.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for suspicious or criminal activity.
​Operate and maintain surveillance equipment and systems.
​Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
​Report any unusual behavior, security breaches, or system malfunctions.
​Liaise with security personnel, law enforcement, or management as required.
​Maintain records of surveillance activity and incidents.
​Comply with data protection and privacy laws.
​Qualifications & Skills:
​High school diploma or equivalent.
​Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role preferred.
​Familiarity with security and surveillance systems.
​Strong attention to detail.
​Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
​Good communication and reporting skills.
​Basic computer literacy.
