​Position: General Accountant (Immediate Joiner Only)
​Salary: AED 5,500
​Job Responsibilities:
​Customer invoicing, receipts posting, credit control, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
​Vendor invoice booking, verification, payment processing, and supplier reconciliations.
​Posting journal entries, maintaining chart of accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
​Bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and monitoring company accounts.
​Preparing accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and closing entries.
​Preparation of management reports.
​VAT return filing support, and ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.
​Providing schedules and documentation for internal / external audits.
​Ensuring adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
​Ensuring adherence to UAE laws and company policies.
​Any additional duties assigned by the Financial Controller or COO.
​Requirements:
​Experience: 3+ years of UAE experience. (Recruitment company or Audit firm background preferred).
​Availability: Should be available to join immediately.
​Education: Master Degree in (Accounts / Finance) required.
​Qualification: Part Professional Qualification (ACMA, ACCA, CA Inter) will be an advantage.
​Skills: Hands-on experience related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting.
​Software: Tally ERP Software experience is Mandatory.
​Interview: Must be available in Dubai for interview.
