*Hiring: HRBP – KSA (On-Ground Role)* 🇸🇦
As we continue to scale our operations in KSA, we’re looking to onboard a strong *HR professional* on the ground to anchor our people strategy and operations.
This role is business-critical — not just from an HR standpoint, but for ensuring continuity, compliance, and on-ground stability in a fast-growing environment.
Why this role matters:
• KSA is a high-growth market for us with aggressive expansion plans
• Managing government platforms, compliance, and workforce dynamics requires strong local expertise
• Ensuring seamless HR operations across a distributed, high-attrition workforce (especially frontline teams)
• Acting as the bridge between leadership and ground teams
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in KSA HR operations & government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
• High ownership, resilience, and strong stakeholder management
• Someone who can be the eyes & ears of the business on the ground
