We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales activities for our PPE and safety equipment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of industrial safety products and a proven track record in B2B sales within a distributor or trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the PPE and safety equipment segment
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, telecom, utilities and logistics
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and procurement teams
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs and safety standards
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tenders
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales of PPE, industrial safety equipment, or related products
Strong understanding of safety standards and certifications (e.g., ANSI, OSHA, EN standards)
Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently tenders and drive business growth
Experience working in a distributor or trading company
Existing network within relevant industries
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
