We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
? Salary Range: BD 700 – BD 900 (Inclusive of all allowances).
? Role Focus: Leading the sales department and driving the commercial strategy across all segments.
? Key Responsibilities:
o Manage and coach the sales team (Sales Engineers) across different specializations.
o Develop annual sales strategies and targets.
o Monitor team performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
o Handle high-level negotiations and key client relationships.
