Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sylve. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in selling cosmetics and skincare products, especially Korean and international brands, with a deep understanding of beauty trends and skincare routines.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in cosmetics and skincare sales (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Korean and international beauty products
Up-to-date with global beauty trends and new product launches
Ability to create and recommend personalized skincare routines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passion for beauty and skincare industry

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable skincare and cosmetic products
Provide expert advice on skincare routines based on customer needs
Stay updated on new products, trends, and industry developments
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
Monitor stock levels and track out-of-stock products
Conduct regular follow-ups on sales performance
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Coordinate with management regarding inventory needs and best-selling items
Maintain product displays and ensure a clean, organized store environment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
