​Field: Facility Management Services
​Key Responsibilities:
​Identify and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management services, including annual maintenance contracts and service agreements.
​Generate leads, conduct client meetings and site visits, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
​Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client requirements.
​Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
​What We’re Looking For:
​Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
​Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.
​Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
