Requirement Of MEP BIM Coordinator

Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator (Plumbing) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BIM coordination, clash resolution, and managing plumbing models across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead BIM coordination for plumbing systems across projects.
Manage and review BIM models up to LOD 400 level.
Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.
Ensure proper implementation of COBie parameters and asset data.
Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Civil).
Review and approve shop drawings and coordinated models.
Support BIM execution plans (BEP) and project standards.
Monitor model quality, data accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in BIM, with strong focus on plumbing systems.
Proven experience as BIM Coordinator on MEP projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Experience with LOD 400 modeling and coordination workflows.
Good understanding of COBie standards and BIM data management.
Experience in GCC/Saudi projects preferred.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
