Duration: Long-term

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in civil construction, including block work

Requirements:

* Strong experience in site supervision and execution

* Ability to manage workforce and subcontractors

* Knowledge of drawings and quality control

* Familiar with safety standards and site coordination
