​Required a Customer Service Agent for ARMS Medical Center in Kuwait.
​Requirements:
​Previous Experience in Call Center.
​Resolve Patient inquiries in a professional timely manner.
​Stay up to date with Center services and Policies to provide accurate information.
​Salaries starting from 450 KWD and Competitive Commission package depends on yrs of Experience.
​Bachelors degree or equivalent.
​English second language preferable.
​Previous Experience in Medical / Clinic.
​18 visa Transferable.
​Local Hire – Kuwait.
