Operations Assistant/Trainer Required

Job Description:
• Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis.
• Monitor Employee Performance during Peak Times.
• Monitor Rider Compliance to Company Policies.
• Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week.
• Follow up on Drivers with No Show, Late Login & Early Logouts.
• Assist H.R in Employee Data Collection.
• Providing Necessary Training to New Employees.
• Administrative/Supervisor duties as required by the Manager.

Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Should be a Male Candidate.
• Should be willing to work Night Shifts.
• Should have experience in dealing with Laborers.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience in Operations or Sales.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as Part of a Team.
• Should be Verbally Fluent in Hindi.
• Should be Proficient in English both written & verbal.
• Immediate Joining.
• Local Transfer Only

Offered Salary: BD 230 to BD 300
