Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with a working knowledge of Bahrain labor law and experience in handling expatriate employee processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for local and expatriate candidates
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Support expatriate hiring processes including visa applications, renewals, and documentation
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and internal HR policies
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Handle HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave tracking, and employee queries
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain or GCC
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Bahrain labor law
Experience or exposure to expatriate hiring and visa processes
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
