We’re hiring a Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable at Al Salam Community School.

What you’ll actually be doing:
– Managing the full Accounts Receivable cycle: billing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting
– Ensuring accurate invoicing across tuition and all school-related fees
– Following up on payments and supporting healthy cash flow
– Reconciling data across systems and resolving discrepancies
– Supporting reporting, audits, and process improvements
– Working closely with Admissions, IT, and Credit Control
Who this role is for:
– Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable or accounting (UAE education experience is a plus)
– Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable under pressure
– Strong communication skills when dealing with parents and stakeholders
– Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel
– High integrity and respect for confidentiality
