🚨 JOB OPPORTUNITY – SAUDI ARABIA (OIL & GAS / REFINERY) 🚨

One of our clients is urgently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

🛠️ Position: Rigging Team Leader / Incharge (Shutdown & Turnaround)

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery (Shutdown & Turnaround Projects)
💰 Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000 (Basic) + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transport)

📌 Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in rigging activities
Must have Saudi Arabia contractor-side experience
Age limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical plant shutdown & turnaround projects

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage rigging team, including daily task allocation and competency development
Support Project Managers in planning and maximizing resource utilization and performance
Review and improve departmental procedures and operational processes
Work closely with HSE team to ensure safe lifting operations and eliminate hazards
Ensure all rigging equipment, tools, and tackles are inspected, maintained, and certified as per company standards
Verify all safety and operational requirements before lifting/transfer activities
Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment servicing and recertification
Maintain proper rigging materials inventory and records
