* Degree / Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
📜 Certification:
* NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
💼 Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of HSE experience after NABOSH in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment.
