High Demand: Labourers/Helpers Required For Makkah Hajj Operations

Description

We would like to request your quotation for the supply of manpower (Helpers) for Hajj Cleaning Work. The project details are as follows:

Scope of Work:
Provision of manpower for cleaning activities during the Hajj period, including general cleaning, waste collection, and maintenance of hygiene standards at designated locations.

Manpower Requirement:
Category: Helper (Cleaning Work)
Quantity: Approximately 2000 Helpers (Suppliers may also quote based on their capacity, such as 500 / 1000 / 2000 Helpers)
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Off: As per Hajj operational schedule (if applicable)

Project Duration:
Total Duration: 2 Months (Hajj Period Only)

Scope of Supplier:
The supplier shall be fully responsible for:

Providing manpower with valid documentation (Iqama, muqeem, etc.)
Timely mobilization before Hajj and demobilization after completion
Ensuring discipline, safety compliance, and hygiene standards
Immediate replacement in case of absenteeism or poor performance
Sponsor Requirement:
All helpers should be under a single sponsor. However, a maximum of two sponsors will be acceptable if required.

Our Scope:

Work supervision and site allocation
Food, accommodation, and transportation will be provided by client
Providing necessary work instructions and safety guidelines
Commercial Requirements:
Kindly submit your detailed quotation including:

Rate per helper (monthly basis)
Payment terms
Additionally, we request you to submit all required documents within 1 days, as this is an urgent requirement. Mobilization will be initiated immediately upon document approval.
