Job Summary
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The role involves providing first-level IT support to end users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, and basic network connectivity
Assist users with login, password resets, and account access issues
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
Support onboarding and offboarding of users (account setup, device configuration)
Follow IT procedures, policies, and SLA guidelines
Requirements
Must be locally available in Bahrain (immediate joiner preferred)
1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
Experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar) is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications
Experience in a corporate IT environment
Ability to handle multiple requests under pressure
Basic Active Directory and Office 365 support knowledge
