Position: Director of Nursing
​A leading healthcare facility in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and manage our nursing services.
​Requirements:
​Education & Licensing: Master/Bachelor degree in Nursing from an accredited school of Nursing. Holds valid licensure in country of origin and licensed to practice in Kuwait.
​Experience: Minimum of twelve to fifteen years of Nursing experience and at least five years’ experience in a supervisory / Head of Department role.
​Leadership: Demonstrated proficiency in nursing practice, leadership roles, and administrative activities.
​Policy Development: Knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing nursing policies, guidelines, and protocols.
​Management: Ability to manage multiple clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
​Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
​Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
​Change Management: Ability to lead and implement change.
​Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills and relevant experience in hospital information management systems.
​Professionalism: Professional with a positive attitude accompanied by high ethical and moral values.
​Preferences: Preferably Kuwaiti national or candidates with western educational background.
