We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Operations / Operations Engineer to support our Dewatering & Foundation Services projects in Saudi Arabia.
​📌 Position: Executive Operations / Operations Engineer
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
​🛠️ Key Responsibilities
​Plan, coordinate, and monitor dewatering & foundation operations across multiple sites
​Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
​Supervise site activities including dewatering, shoring, and sheet piling works
​Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution
​Track project progress and prepare operational reports
​Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and client requirements
​Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
​Coordinate with logistics and maintenance teams for equipment mobilization
​Support cost control and operational efficiency improvements
​✅ Requirements
​Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
​3–5 years of experience in operations / site engineering
​Strong knowledge of dewatering systems and foundation services
​Experience in site execution and project coordination
​Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
​⚠️ Only candidates with relevant experience in Dewatering & Foundation Services will be considered
